The short version
- Built and tested to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, the web access rules.
- Works with a keyboard alone and at 200% zoom.
- Pick email on a request form and John replies by email.
- If something is hard to use, John gets you the same information another way.
The standard
This site is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the target set for it from the start.
What’s built in
- Text alternativesImages that carry information have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Color contrastText and controls meet AA color contrast.
- KeyboardEvery page works with a keyboard alone, shows a clear focus outline, and starts with a “Skip to content” link.
- Form labels and errorsEvery form field has a visible label above it. Errors are written out under the field and announced to screen readers, not shown by color alone.
- Reply by emailForms ask for a phone number, but you can pick email, and John replies that way.
- Reduced motionIf your device is set to reduce motion, the slow zoom on opening photos, the scroll and hover animations and any background video switch off. Background video never plays sound and has a pause button.
- Phones and zoomPages fit phone screens without sideways scrolling and stay usable when zoomed to 200%.
- Clear structureEach page has one main heading, headings in order, and labeled header, navigation, main and footer regions.
Known limits
- Property search. Listing search and saved searches will come from a third-party IDX provider. John will ask for an accessible product, but he doesn’t control its code.
- Maps and other embedded tools from outside companies follow their makers’ accessibility practices.
- Documents John sends by email, such as the quarterly market report, may not be fully accessible if they arrive as PDFs. Ask, and John will send the same information in another format.
- Outside sites this site links to, such as Zillow, Facebook or government agencies, are not covered by this statement.
If any part of the site doesn’t work for you, John will get you the same information another way: by phone, by email, or as an accessible document.
How the site is checked
Pages are checked at phone and desktop widths. In September 2026, every page was run through Lighthouse’s automated accessibility audit, and every form was tested at both widths for error messages, keyboard use and where focus lands. Automated audits catch only some barriers, so reports from visitors matter.
Report a barrier
If something is hard or impossible to use, John fixes it where he can and gets you what you needed in the meantime.
