Information, not advice

Market figures, rents, tax rates and deal results on this site come from the public sources named beside them, for the period shown. They are believed reliable but not guaranteed, and markets move. Check any figure you plan to rely on.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, lending or investment advice. For a 1031 exchange, a zoning or permit question, lead paint rules, a lease or a loan, talk to an attorney, accountant, qualified intermediary or licensed lender. John is glad to work alongside them.

Calculators and estimates

The multifamily calculator shows an illustration built from the numbers you enter and the assumptions printed beside it, such as vacancy, operating costs and loan terms. Its results are estimates. They are not a loan offer, a rate quote, an appraisal or a promise of income or return.

Valuations and analyses

A value John prepares for your home or building is his opinion of a likely market price, based on recent sales and, for income property, rents and expenses. A property analysis for an investor is the same kind of opinion. Neither is an appraisal, and a lender’s appraiser may reach a different number. A valuation requested through this site is free.

When John represents you

Sending a form, calling or texting does not make John your agent, and you owe nothing for it. John represents you only after you sign a written agreement with REMAX Partners. Until then, please don’t share anything you would want kept confidential in a negotiation.

Listings and recent deals

When listing search is added, its listings will come from MLS Property Information Network, Inc. (MLS PIN) through an IDX provider. Listing data is for your personal, non-commercial use in finding property you may want to buy, lease or rent. It may not be copied, scraped or republished. MLS PIN and its members do not guarantee its accuracy; the full notice will appear with the listings.

Recent deals shown on this site are sales in which John represented the buyer or the seller, as stated beside each one.

Photos and video

Photos and video of streets and buildings are used for atmosphere. They are not listings, and they are not properties John is selling. No image on this site is made with AI. The credits page names who made each photo and video, and its license.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• send a form with false details or someone else’s contact information;
• send forms automatically or in bulk;
• copy or scrape listing data, deal data or page content;
• try to break, overload or get around any part of the site.

Who owns the content
